Tartar Common - Cobham

A two bedroom cottage overlooking the common on the outskirts of Cobham. The sale had fallen through due to the cost of the works involved to make the property habitable. We were able to move quickly while also arranging planning and alternative accommodation for the seller who happened to live in the adjoining cottage.

We were then able to rebuild, jointly with the next door neighbours, a rear extension. The property was renovated to a high standard providing two reception rooms, kitchen/dining room, ground floor cloakroom, two bedrooms and two ensuite bathrooms. The gardens were landscaped prior to the house being put on the market. The sale was completed within six months of purchase.
