Four Wents - Cobham

Again a rather boring 1970’s semi. The stairs were replaced and turned to make better use of the space. This enabled a door to a ground floor cloak room together with a larger landing. The small kitchen was opened into the lounge/dining area and the garage turned into a study/reception room.

On the first floor the bathroom and separate WC were integrated to make a large family bathroom. An ensuite shower room was also installed off the master bedroom. The drive area was increased to enable 3 cars to park off road and the rear garden was levelled prior to being resold. All works were completed within four months.
